Muay Thai Kickboxing w/Paul Tuesdays at 12:30pm
Begins 2/24/09The most well known form of kickboxing from South East Asia put into an instructional group fitness format. Learn the basic techniques, while getting in shape. As your skill level progresses so will your level of fitness. All Levels welcome.
Pilates w/ Max Thursdays at 4pm
Begins 2/19/09
By systematically targeting specific muscle fibers and then challenging them in a lengthened state, the core stabilizers will go to work in your daily life making you stand taller and move with more strength and confidence. No previous experience necessary.
