Studio Cycling

Studio Cycling

Indoor Cycling classes offer something for everyone. If you are just getting into exercise or you are training for a Century ride, come enjoy an intense 45-55min of cardio set to inspiring soundtracks. Classes range from interval classes, to endurance ("fat burning") workouts. Make sure to bring water and if you are new to indoor cycle.

Bikes are limited, so get here early to sign-in and get yourself set-up.
